The Destruction of Texas Stadium was a Sad event for Cowboy fans everywhere. Yet, aside from the Cowboy games, there were other events as well.

I personally, attended a "Monster Truck Rally", the "Doobie Brothers" in concert, and in the late 60's I believe it was, the Dallas Independent School District (DISD) bussed a bunch of us kids from schools all across the city to see and hear "John Wayne" talk about "Smoking and Cancer".
